Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
Hello,
I have a problem, when I was purchasing my current property in NY the title report search results were falsified to say that its a multi-family residence. I am trying to sell the property but the actual title search report came back completely different with this being a single family, that is causing a lot of problems now. The original title company went bankrupt a few years ago. Anything that can be done at this point?
