Hi,

i have divorce court paper allow to reinstall my last name before of the marriage. how can i change back my last name on the deed? Thank you.

You have to file an amended deed.

I agree with Mike. Simply file a new Deed with the original name as Grantor and the corrected name as Grantee. For clarification purposes, I suggest adding a line in the new Deed explaining that it is being recorded merely to reflect the change of name.
