Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Hi

I live in New York and mortgage agent is in New York.

Purchasing a house in North Carolina. My son lives there and will have the power of attorny to sign for me.

Question - Do I use the power of attorny form for New York or North Carolina?

More than likely, you will need to use a NC power of attorney form. Have someone in NC email you one. You can sign it in NY and mail the original back to them for use down there.
