How do I add my fiancees name onto my current homes title so that she is considered a co-owner

You will have to file a deed (and related forms) with the county clerk. You will most likely want to reflect ownership as Joint tenants with a right of survivorship. It may be wise to wait until after the marriage to make the transfer.
