Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
My house went into foreclosure. After the last court conference I don't know where I stand as far as losing my home. The bank refused to work with me saying there's no programs that I qualify for. My attorney of record has no idea what to do with FHA loans foreclosure. To date I have not heard back from him regarding the foreclosure. What are my next steps and what do I do now?

Never say die. Nassau County is one of the more difficult counties for a lender to work in. You could contact me k j c o n n o l l y e s q @ y a h o o . c o m and I could take a look. No promises, these cases require looking at the facts carefully. There are always alternatives.
