Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My house is in foreclosure but was sold at auction 11/12/09 without my knowledge until a realtor stopped buy to "look around" in mid December 2009. I am a victim of predatory lending ( the last payment on this mortgage would be $420,000 lump sum) and have tried to renegotiate with all 4 banks that have held my mortgage. No one would help. My eviction hearing is 3/5/10, is there anything that I can do to save my home?
