Depends on many things. Is this a mortgage foreclosure? Do you have a lease? Were you named as a defendant and were you served with the foreclosure summons? Even without a written lease, if you have paid rent then you have some rights. Even if you are a squatter with no legal rights, you can expect to stay in possession for at least a month...probably more...and you should have a real consult with a lawyer.
