i have a house already paid for, worth 400,000, i have left my husband due to infedility, i tried to work it out but things are changing for the worst, i want to sell the house but he doesnt, im trying to be cordial but hes being unreasonable, i havent gotten a divorce yet but i am thinking about it we havent lived together for 2 years hes still in the house both our names are on the title, wut can i do get the house divided, equally
