Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

how do you get someone out of your house that pays nothing,no lease,but has lived there for eight years and you have a partnership with?

Much more information is needed to properly answer this question. I need to know what you mean by "partnership". Did the individual always pay nothing or, more recently, refused to make payment. Who has title to the house?
