the house we rent is being foreclosed on. do we still have to pay rent and can we be evicted zip is 11950

A. Yes.
Q. can we be evicted
A. As long as you are paying rent you cannot be evicted by the landlord. However, upon sale pursuant to the foreclosure you may be evicted by the new owner.
