household bills

My ex fiance and i bought a home together since the break up she has not paid any portion of the utility bills only her portion of the mortgage. Is she liable for half of the utility bills as well as her portion of the mortgage

If she is living in the house she should be liable for 1/2 of all bills to maintain the house.
