Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My husband has die and me and him had divorce for two years and while we was married he had buy a car and now that he die his dauther from another women that he had his daughter wants the car so I will like to know if the car belongs to me because we was married when he had buy it?

I do not know what was the settlement in your divorce and what you were to receive. If the car remained with him after the divorce, it is his property and belongs to his rightful heir - his daughter, as any rights you may have had were probably terminated by the divorce.
