Immigration/real estate
Is there a list of countries whose residents (non- US-citizens who reside abroad) can own property in New York (Bronx)?

Re: Immigration/real estate
There are no restrictions on property ownership in the United States. There is no requirement of citizenship or residency. As such, there would be no such database.

A non-US citizen can own US property but that does not mean they can live there year round nor does it change or advance their immigration status in the US.
