can a judge force the sale of a house, owned by several siblings, to be sold to a " we buy houses for cash" firm?

No. A judge CAN order the property to be sold at public auction. It's called an "action for partition" and its purpose is to resolve inter-owner disputes by selling the property. The siblings are natural bidders. So are the vultures. And usually, these cases resolve with a buy-sell agreement, because the auction sale will not get market value from third parties.
