rent stabilized apt in manhattan i am lease holder with a roomate who i split the rent 60% her portion 40% my portion, all verbal agreement. new lease was entered to by myself for next 2 yrs, increase @ 8% proposed that we share increase @ 8% based on current portion of what we each pay room mate refuses to this offer what can i do ??? she has not paid increase or any adjustment for the last 4 months
