landlord ending rental lease in winter
if there is nobody moving into a residence, and the people who are expected to leave, cannot find another house, is there any way to fight the lease agreement because of it being winter (family 2 adults, 3 children)-agreement of 30 days notice was followed by landlord-personality conflict only reason for ending lease

As a practical matter, if you don't move, the landlord will have to go to court to get an order of eviction, unless you waived that right in your lease. The court will decide if you have to move, and when. Don't ignore any summonses.
