Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
Landlord Problems
If you are renting an apartment and the lease clearly states that the landlord must give you a 24 hr notice before entering and doesn't give that notice(just shows up whenever), is there any legal action that can be taken against the landlord?

No. If it is not an emergence don't let them in unless they give you notice.

You can get an injunctionprohibiting this from recurring in the future if there was no damage to the apartment, you get no damages.
