Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

As is Laws (Ebay sales)

I just sold a cargo trailer on ebay. I listed the damage done to the trailer. I then estimated a hieght but said I was not sure of exact hieght. I said height was between 6 and 7 ft tall. Buyer stated that I lied. I then supmitted proof of the exact height. This man inspected the trailer and then paid for it. On his receipt I wrote no warrenties and no gauentees and also put trailer sold as is. Do I have any thing to worry about in court. He claims that I mis-discribed the item by quoting wroung height. Again in the discription I told bidders that I was not sure of the exact height.

You may be sued becasue anyone can sue...but it seems like you have a good defense if everything is as you stated in the event that you would be sued.

Good Luck
