Lease agreement
Hi i want to know if there is anyway to get money back from my lease since december the house has become unlivable and the landlord is forcing me to pay the lease even when im unable to live in the house

You stop paying rent...then an action begins. Your defense is a partial constructive eviction and a breach of warranty of habitability. Keep the rent set aside as if you were obligated to pay it...and take photos and documents all complaints as to why the property is "unlivable".

You should absolutely receive, at the very least, a rent abatement for any time that your apartment was uninhabitable.
