Lease to buy - real estate options

I am researching real estate options on lease to buy homes and apartments for a university thesis. Where can I find sample contracts used for real estate options, and general information on the topic. New York is my target city, but any information would be greatly appreciated.

I can get you the name of a real estate attorney in New York who ought to have some forms.

But a law library in New York is a better bet.

I have access to Mass. "forms". I also have access to a lot of case law decided in Massachusetts which determines such things as whether an offer to purchase was made timely or not. I'm engulfed in just such a case now, in fact, where an option to purchase was never exercised.
