lease sign away right to jury trial

I signed a lease with no right to a jury trial, it must be in front of a judge.

How do I law or ruling to re-instate right.

Unless you signed the lease under duress, the waiver of your right to a jury trial is probably valid and enforceable. You could have found another rental without the lease provision.
