lease/rental agreement

A rental agreement was signed and a copy was not given to tennant. The tennant was served eviction for non-payment. The police were told during eviction process by landlord that a rental agreement was not signed and didn't exist. The landlords property manager that signed agreement was told by landlord to dispose of said agreement and claim it never happened.

Didn't you go to court when the eviction petition was served?

How about when the eviction notice was served?

That was your opportunity to speak to the Judge and present your side.
