I would like to know

I would like to know what legal actions could a landlord

take on a sublease without having one. The thing is my cousin left me his apartment under his name I'm not on

the lease could they kick me out. my cousin is not living

with me.

Unless the lease is in writing and allows a sublease (usually they do not allow it), you have no rights unless you renegotiate a new lease with the landlord. If subleasing is not permitted, you could be evicted.

It depends upon the written lease your cousin signed. Usually there is a provision that the tenant cannot sublet without the landlords consent. The landlord could then evict you.
