Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

is it legal to have a new condo property feature a huge star of david in theexterior mock up plan of thier new construction site? these are new condos, granted in a highly jewish dominated part of town, and feel like it is not inviting of people of other religions.

Good question. I would agree that it is not inviting to people of other religions. However, if the condonminium is purchased using private funds and is being built on private property, then, it is my opinion that the exterior may have a huge Star of David. However, the condominium complex may not disciminate on the basis of sex, race, age, religion, national origin, etc., to individuals that want to purchase a unit.
