Sure. It might no be legal to make your employees work there. But the lease is probably legal, so if you signed a lease for an office without bathroom space being available, it's probably your tough luck. You could make an appointment to come in and get real legal advice, but it's going to cost much more to bust the lease than it would have cost to avoid signing such a bad lease.
