spouse ownes company and had parts made by sub contractor, business took turn for worse and was not able to pay sub contractor, but made arrangemnts to pay after the sale of business, sub contractor filed lien against personal home claiming made fictures for home but did not. Does the sub contractor have the right to put a lien on our home?

The propriety of the lien on your home depends upon the Contract terms and the County where your house is located.

You need to consult with an attorney who regularly practices in your locale and all of the documents and information your spouse signed, has and provided to the Contractor.
