Leins

I want to refinance my house. We owe mny debts. Do I only have to pay those that have liens against my property or evry on I ever owed? And how do I find out who has these leins against me? Have a finance company that I think is digging up every credit card I owe. Want to pay only those I have to Is this possible

PLEASE HELP ASAP - thy want to hold money aside-how long can they hold my money for this and how long can they look.?

When you refinance, you generally either change the rate or borrow more money. The bank will do a title search that will uncover liens against the property. They will run a credit report and you credit history will be revealed (your rate is a function of your credit score). The lender may require you to pay off some of these loans at closing on the refi.
