Life estate in co-op apt possible?
I own a co-op and want my current wife to live there the rest of her life if I die before her, but I want my kids from my first marriage to receive ownership of the co-op when I die. Is this possible or is a life estate only for true real estate? Thanks!

A co op is not real estate. You own shares of stock. Why not create a trust?
