How do i remove a frivolus lis pendence on my house?

Hi:
You must make a request of the court for an order directing the filing party to dischard the lis pendence and issue a warant of satisfaction. This can be done if you have the facts to support your claim of a frivilous filing. Good Luck

A lis pendens is essentially a lien via the filing of a lawsuit. In order to have one discharged an application or motion must be made to the court requesting the lis pendens be lifted or discharged. In order to have it done correctly and as quickly as possible it is highly reccomended to retain an attorney.
