Lis Pendens

I was contracted to sell on or before May 15 - buyer did not have the money at that time. Sent time is of essence letter for closing date of June 7 - buyer still did not have money - Now, the buyer has put a Lis Pendens on my home!! It has been over 35 days since he filed this and I still have not been physically served with any papers. I do not have a lawyer any longer and need to sell this house to another buyer!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
