Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I live on 26 acres and have a neighbor at one end of my property that built a garage that is 8ft. to my line codes say 10ft. He put an extended driveway on the side of the garage. I had it surveyed about 6 years ago and find his driveway is 2ft. on my property. He also is using my land to park his boat and cars and is mowing the hay field about 10 ft. that i rent to a farmer. What can i do? Thanks

Advise him in writing he is trespassing on your property and must cease or buy the land from you. You can also sue for his trespass and court will decide.
