Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
I live in nys and hav a neighbors boyfriend who keeps putting a stake on my property. He stated he measured his girlfriends frontage and the stake is on the line. They also complain on how I pile the snow by the end of my driveway. He stated that he could blow snow on my handicap ramp on the front of my house and can take a saws all and cut part of my driveway which they claim is on their land. I'm 77 yrs. old ,widowed and now hav become fearful of being here by myself. What can I do.

Hire a lawyer to write a "cease and desist" letter to your neighbor. This will put your neighbor on notice that if the boyfriend continues to act aggressively you will resort to legal remedies and put an end to it permanently, at her cost and expense.
