Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I live in upstate ny, washington county, and I live next to a car dealership which i had a fence put up along my property to block the view. Over the last week they have been p;owing their snow up against the fence and are starting to break off the panels and break the fence, is there any way I can make them pay for the fence and what actions should I take, they are denying responsibility

Notify your homeowners' insurance company and make claim for the damage to the fence. If it's not covered, then sue them in Justice Court.
