Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
If the managing member of the LLC undergoes a legal name changing (drops their first name) how does that affect the LLC and what changes have to and should be made to the corporate kit, operating agreement and things of that nature.

A simple resolution noting the name change should suffice. It does not change anything done under original name.
