Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My mother and I pooled our money into purchasing a co-op here in the Bronx in 1988. She passed away in 2001 and I've remained here since. The major issue is since the building management has changed hands 3 to 4 times since I've lived here, the latest one is stonewalling my request for documentation of change of title stating me as sole shareholder of this apartment. Is there a grievence I can file against the building mgmt. and co-op board by having a legal order served?

A grievance, no. However, if you want to spend the time, money and energy, you can petition to the Surrogates Court for an Order.
