Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Hi. I am moving into a commercial space and the lease is with my company. The landlord has a personal guarantee clause in the lease. Would I be liable to pay the remainder of the term of the lease should I either move my location or close the business? Thank you.

It depends on the language in the lease.
