both names on condo deed

Hi, Both my name and my husband's is on the deed/title of our condo. my husband has bad credit and owe's money on a credit cards. should i take his name off the deed/title ??Can a credit company come after me or the condo for existing or past debt or just future??? And, can or should i put my 9yrs old daugther on the deed/title to pass the condo to her incase something happened to me??? thanks
