Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Neighbor Kids Playing on Backyard Playset

Came home from work last night and my neighbor's children and their friends were playing on my backyard playset unattended. If one of the children were injured would I be liable? In the past, we've invited the neighbors to play while we've been out there with our children but we didn't know any of the other kids who were out there. Thank You.
