right of way

My neighbor was the only remaing heir who inherited the home.

My deed includes a right of way for him.

His child uses my driveway as a playground with his bicycle.

The deed does say heirs & assigns.

Q-do i hav any obligation to his adopted son? or casn i tell him Keep Out?

Re: right of way

A right of way is sort of a use of the "way" in order to gain access to the property. It runs with the land...inother words, all owners and future owners of the house will benefit from it. You cannot stop it. But, it is generally used for purposes of access only, not parking etc.
