Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
A neighbor does not have trees on his property and feels that the leaf pick up is our responsibility. He blows the leaves onto our lot and leaves them there in piles. I am in my 70's and it is very difficult for me to manage my yard as well as clean up all the leaves from his yard. Am I responsible for the leaves that fall in his yard from my tree?

No, you are not. However, you should be aware that your neighbor may cut down any branches from your tree that hang over his property at the boundary line.
