Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
neighbor's reconstruction
My next door neighbors are doing their house reconstrustion.
The house was enlarged. This has blocked the veiw from our house
and caused more other inconveniences.
Does anybody doing reconstrucstion need to get neighbor's agreement?

The answer to this question depends on how your view was blocked, the neigborhoods HOA rules and restrictions, etc.
