niebor dispute

I am a g/c and i own the property i am buildin on the niebor and his 7 buddys came over and made threats and told my help that they cant continue the job. i had all docs that were in place to perform construction the niebor also said he would mess up anything with the house kick in the foundation break windows and he is not afraid of going back to jail. what can i do?

Sounds as if you should call the police and get a restraining order.
