non disclosure of certain facts
I am buying a mobile home from Cornerstone Homes in Steuben County on a land contract .I have recently found out that when and if my well or septic goes bad i am NOT allowed to drill another due to local codes...i have also uncovered other aspects of the property that i was not informed of when i signed.What should/can I do?

It depends on the terms of the contract. Generally, the buyer assumes risks like these upon sigining a contract.
