I have a reverse mortgage and I am considering takking out the additional equitity sine the federal government increased the amount available. Quesrion is MUST I have a lawyer to reclose on my house?

Do you need an attorney? Probably not, but it may be helpful. The process can be made simpler, however, assuming you have an experienced real estate attorney handling your file.
