What are the ordinary deed forms in New York?

"Ordinary" deed form in NY is the Bargain and Sale deed but there are others.

Also, in NY, you need to file a TP-584 and a RP-5217 with the Deed (Some places may also require a smoke alarm affidavit or other form).
