can one owner of a house make the others sell or buy them out - property is in PA owners in new york 3 owners

If the realty is in NY, and there is no language in the deed or contract stopping an individual from filing for partition, the answer is yes. However, since the house is in PA, you would have to present the question before an attorney that practices in PA.
