do we have any right to the ownership of the house?

There was a verbal agreement between me and my grandparents regarding a house we both bought, so they could move to florida, we both are on the mortgage im co-signer he is primary his name is on the deed i have made all mortgage payments since the beginning of agreement and all upkeep on the property(EX. new boiler etc.)The agreement was its our house But now he says its his house,Any Suggestions My e-mail address is [email protected]

First, I believe that any agreement between you and your grandfather concerning the house had to be in writing to be enforceable. So I don't think you have any right of ownership. Second, I don't see how you can be on the mortgage but not on the deed. Usually, only the owner can give a mortgage. You may be liable on the promissory note. You may have a claim for reimbursement of money you expended, but all of the documents involved in the transaction would have to be examined. I suggest you gather all your documents and consult a lawyer. Your problem cannot be solved over the Internet.

Yes you do have rights however you must get the deed reformed. May have to start a lawsuit. I have offices in Florida and NY if you want further info.
