Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
ownership
our non profit org. was never properly filed but there are deeds in its name. so if we file it now will our certificate of inc. backdate to give us firm ownership of the properties?

You need to transfer opwnership to the correct entity. It is not automatically so.
