Parents are deceased. Still no power of attorney due to lengthy probate process in NEW YORK. Property which is in QUEENS, NY facing foreclosure…WOULD I BE ABLE TO SSLL THE HOUSE WITHOUT POA?

No. Process the probate and have a fiduciary appointed who will have the authority to sell. The death of the owners should stay the foreclosure. Speak with your lawyer.
