Partition info
Have certified appraisels and multple purchase offers that are signifacantly higher than appraisels. Will purchase offers hold any weight in a partition case? And if already in contract to sell my interest/share, can partition be filed to stop my sale?

The "way" in which you own the property, controls what YOU may do with your share and interest in the property. It also controls what YOUR CO-owner or Co-Tenant, can do with respect to you selling your share and interest in the property.
An actual Sale price can be accepted by the Court, as the "best evidence" for establishing the value of premises.
